Enterprise Banking Blockchain

Frequently asked questions

These answers describe the product approach. Institution-specific behavior and commercial commitments are confirmed in the technical scope and executed agreement.

Answers on banking blockchain ownership, controls, governance, pricing, pilot terms, integrations, deployment, and production contracting.

Platform features

Ownership and controls

Institutional ownership, authority, and operating policy remain central to the network design.

  • Who owns and manages reserves?

The institution owns and manages its reserves. FusionPointAI provides technology and agreed services, not reserves.

  • Can transactions be restricted by account or operation?

Controls can be designed for accounts, wallets, or operation types, with partial or full restriction semantics confirmed in the agreed configuration.

Platform features

Network and governance

Network creation and later changes follow explicit technical and governance controls.

  • Can Chain ID change after creation?

No. Chain ID is immutable after network creation and should be approved before launch.

  • What governance models are available?

Customer-operated governance, agreed managed assistance, and joint governance are possible models, with responsibilities documented for the engagement.

Platform features

Fees and integrations

Fee policies and external dependencies are scoped to the institution’s configuration.

  • Are fees and reserves the same funding pool?

No. Gas, transaction fees, sponsored-fee budgets, reserves, and service charges are treated separately.

  • Are HSM, IAM, SIEM, KYC, or core banking connectors prebuilt?

No prebuilt integration is guaranteed. Each is custom assessed and scoped with the institution.

Platform features

Commercial and delivery terms

Pilot evaluation and production service have separate scope and commercial terms.

  • Is the pilot a production deployment?

No. The pilot is evaluation-only. Production requires a formal quote and executed agreement.

  • How is pilot credit handled?

An eligible paid pilot may be credited once toward a qualifying production agreement signed within 90 days, capped at the pilot fee actually paid and without a negative balance.

  • Are package prices fixed on this page?

No fixed price is stated here. Pricing is rendered from current database records and a scoped formal quote is required for production.

  • Do package names promise capacity or service levels?

No. Capacity and operational scope are determined through discovery, and any service-level commitment must appear in the executed agreement.
