- Experience integrating LLMs, NLP systems, computer-vision systems, or model-serving APIs
- Ability to debug model behaviour, latency, and implementation issues with engineering teams

- Implement AI service features, model integrations, and evaluation workflows
- Improve reliability, latency, and observability for customer-facing AI systems
- Review model outputs and integration behaviour before release
- Work with product, support, and infrastructure teams on production incidents and launches
