AI Talent Programme
FusionPointAI is building a professional talent pipeline for digital humans, AI character models, virtual presenters, motion capture, facial-expression reference, and synthetic-media production.
These roles help the company create high-quality human reference datasets and production-ready digital-human assets through lawful, consent-based, professionally reviewed recruitment.
Capture Session Expectations
- Approved applicants may be invited to professional photo, video, facial-expression, movement, motion-capture, voice, or performance sessions.
- Session scope, usage rights, exclusivity, likeness, digital-replica, and commercial terms are handled only through separate written agreements.
- Applications are organised for authorised human review; the system does not make automated hiring decisions from photos or protected traits.
Reference Photo Requirements
The application requires 10 professional reference photographs. They help authorised reviewers understand camera presence, proportions, movement readiness, and capture suitability. Simple fitted clothing, sportswear, standard swimwear, or equivalent professional modelling attire may be used.
Nudity is not required. Sexually explicit photographs are not accepted. Fitted professional clothing is suitable for assessing body proportions, silhouette and posture during production sessions.
Base Compensation
$96,000–$150,000/year ($8,000–$12,500/month)
The displayed range is base compensation for the role level.
Additional contractual compensation may be agreed for specialist photo or video sessions, extended production commitments, commercial usage rights, voice use where applicable, exclusivity, likeness or digital-replica rights, signing arrangements, and project-specific performance work.
Privacy and Review
Applicant photographs and documents are stored privately and are available only to authorised FusionPointAI reviewers.
Submitting an application does not grant FusionPointAI unrestricted likeness, voice, digital-replica, exclusivity, or commercial-use rights. Those rights require a separate explicit contract.
AI Talent FAQ
Is this a modelling role or an AI role?
It is a talent role for AI and digital-human production. Some work may resemble modelling, acting, presenting, movement, or motion-capture assignments.
Do I need professional modelling experience?
Not always. Development roles may suit new talent, while Professional, Premium, and Signature levels expect stronger portfolio, camera, movement, or performance quality.
Are explicit photos required?
No. Explicit or nude photographs are not requested and must not be submitted.

- Support digital-human reference work with professional conduct and production reliability
