Lead applied research on language-model reasoning, evaluation design, and model-quality review for production-facing AI services. This role turns research questions into measurable experiments and helps decide which model behaviours are ready for customers.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent research record in AI, machine learning, NLP, or a closely related field
- Experience designing LLM evaluations, reasoning experiments, and research review methods
- Strong Python skills and practical experience with modern deep-learning frameworks
- Publications, patents, or shipped research work that shows rigorous experimental judgement

Responsibilities
- Define research plans for reasoning, evaluation, and model-quality work
- Review experiment results and translate findings into deployment recommendations
- Partner with engineering on datasets, evaluation harnesses, and production-readiness checks
- Document research decisions so model changes can be audited and revisited
