Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, API integration, or developer support
- Ability to build demos, explain architecture, and troubleshoot customer implementation issues
- Familiarity with AI APIs, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and production rollout concerns
- Strong written follow-up for technical findings and handover notes

- Run technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept work for customers
- Scope API, hosting, and integration requirements with sales and engineering

- Feed customer requirements back into product, support, and documentation teams
