Billing and Invoices

Review account invoices, billing documents, subscriptions, usage, and the payment choices shown for a specific invoice.

Workflow
  1. Open billingSign in and review the account billing portal.
  2. Inspect an invoiceCheck its status, dates, amount, and associated documents.
  3. Review payment choicesUse only the methods displayed for that invoice.
  4. Keep recordsDownload available invoice or payment documents.
  5. Resolve a discrepancyContact support with the invoice reference and a concise description.

Review the billing portal

Sign in and open Billing to see the invoices, open balance, subscriptions, usage evidence, quotes, tax details, contacts, and disputes associated with your account. The information shown depends on the records and permissions available to that account. Confirm that you are viewing the intended organisation or customer context before acting. Billing summaries are useful for locating records; open an individual invoice when you need its status, line items, or downloadable documents.

  1. Open the authenticated billing portal.
  2. Check the account context and summary figures.
  3. Use the invoice or billing-contact links to inspect the relevant record.

Inspect invoices and documents

Open an invoice to review its number, issue date, current status, total, and available documents. Download the invoice or related receipt and credit/debit documents when those actions are present. If a record is missing, confirm the account context and access permissions before assuming it was not issued. Preserve the invoice reference and the exact status displayed when asking for help, and compare any payment confirmation with the invoice rather than relying on a notification alone.

  1. Open the invoice from the billing portal or invoice list.
  2. Review status, total, and available supporting documents.
  3. Download the records needed for your accounting system.

Pay using the invoice’s available method

When an invoice has an outstanding balance, open its payment page and follow the choices displayed for that invoice. The active crypto payment route is available where the invoice flow presents it; bank and card methods are disabled in the current backend configuration. Do not send funds using details from an old invoice or another account. Follow the payment page’s confirmation process and allow the invoice status to reflect the recorded transaction before treating it as settled.

  1. Open the outstanding invoice and select its payment action.
  2. Use only the payment method and instructions currently displayed.
  3. Return to the invoice and confirm its updated payment status.

Handle renewals and billing questions

Review subscription status and usage in the billing portal, and use the invoice list to identify charges related to a service. Renewal timing, amounts, and applicable terms are determined by the subscription and invoice records, not by a generic guide. Keep billing contacts current where your role allows it so notices reach the right people. For a duplicate, unrecognized, or apparently incomplete transaction, contact support with the invoice number, date, and a clear description; do not include payment secrets.

  1. Compare the subscription record with its related invoice.
  2. Review billing contacts and update them if authorised.
  3. Contact support with the invoice reference for unresolved discrepancies.
