Billing overview
The protected Billing portal summarises recent invoices, open balance, disputed count, credit by currency, subscriptions, eligible finance quotes, contacts, tax details and recent usage. It is an overview, not the control for every billing task. Invoice history contains detailed totals and transactions; subscription cards summarise plan state and recorded usage.
- Open Billing in the correct account context.
- Use its panels to locate the record needed.
- Open the invoice or subscription before acting.
Subscription state and usage
Subscription records show product, status, amount paid and usage counters where available, including API calls, GPU hours and storage. The dashboard may also show expiry. A pending subscription can be an order awaiting payment and does not prove provisioning. Compare the subscription with its product order and invoice before relying on access.
- Find the product and state in Billing.
- Compare usage with the customer usage view.
- Contact support if linked states do not agree.
Invoice status and documents
Invoice history can be filtered by status and issue-date range. Details show line items, due date, outstanding balance, transactions and instalments. Available downloads include invoice, receipt, credit note or debit note when a document exists. Pending, partially paid and overdue statuses are not settled. Confirm the recorded invoice state after payment.
- Filter history by status or issue dates.
- Compare total, paid, outstanding and due values.
- Download available documents from invoice details.
Pay an invoice
The payment form supports an optional open instalment, available method, payment currency where offered, account credit and payment amount. Combined amounts cannot exceed the invoice or selected instalment balance. Credit is limited to the invoice owner and available credit in its currency; an external amount requires a payment method. Crypto checkout can remain pending until provider confirmation.
- Select only an open instalment, if applicable.
- Enter credit and payment amounts within the balance.
- Follow provider instructions and verify invoice status.
Contacts and finance quotes
Billing contacts can be added or removed through the protected contacts page. Finance quotes in issued, viewed or accepted states may appear for reference. An accepted quote is not a paid invoice or completed service. Follow the quote's next action and locate the resulting order or invoice before treating it as a payment obligation.
- Add contacts with the form's required name and email.
- Remove a contact only when it is no longer needed.
- Check the quote status and resulting invoice separately.
Recurring billing changes
Product orders record the selected cycle, recurring period and next billing date where applicable. Billing displays subscription details; contact support to request cancellation, a pause or another change. Removing a contact or changing a preference does not stop renewal. Contact the published support channel before the next due date and keep the response.
- Read the cycle and next billing date on record.
- Request changes through support when no screen action exists.
- Verify the resulting subscription state or invoice update.
