Place and track customer orders

Submit catalogue, training or service orders, pay their invoices separately, and follow customer-visible fulfilment states.

Workflow
  1. Select an offerChoose a current product or service open to customers.
  2. Submit detailsComplete billing and configuration fields, then confirm.
  3. Find the recordUse Orders, Invoices or the project workspace.
  4. Pay the invoiceAn awaiting-payment order is not yet executing.
  5. Track progressRead project states and respond to customer requests.

Catalogue orders

Choose an active product that accepts new customers, select an offered billing cycle and submit. Billing address and country are required; company name, tax identifier and notes are optional. The transaction creates an order, pending subscription and invoice, then directs you to payment. Submitting the form does not itself pay or provision service. Dashboard onboarding can save a selected product, show billing, team and resource readiness, or be dismissed; it does not order automatically.

  1. Confirm product, cycle, address and country first.
  2. Open the created order or invoice from checkout.
  3. Check existing records before retrying a submission.

Training plan checkout

Training checkout is tied to your account, plan, current price version and currency; its token expires after a short period. Required inputs are an eligible reference model, objective (10 to 4,000 characters), language, performance criteria (10 to 2,000 characters) and execution target: FusionPointAI hosting, customer data centre or Colab. Eligibility is checked at submission. A stale price requires fresh checkout. Successful submission creates an order and invoice; payment is separate.

  1. Select an eligible model and describe objective and performance.
  2. Choose language and one listed execution target.
  3. Pay the invoice, then follow the training job.

Engineering service quotes

Configurable engineering may require feasibility checks before a quote is available. Review the configuration, fixed price, expiry and downloadable quote. Acceptance checks that the quote remains current, eligible and fulfillable. It creates a job and invoice in awaiting-payment state. Execution advances only after payment readiness and confirmation; the job page shows status, stages, updates, files and change-order information.

  1. Review the complete quote and its expiry.
  2. Accept, then open and pay the linked invoice.
  3. Follow job stages and customer-visible updates.

Order history and export

Orders shows your records and, with the right organisation role and context, shared organisation orders. Search by order number, status or currency and open a row for its invoice and payment transactions. Export downloads order, status, date, total and currency. Invoice history has separate status and issue-date filters and export. Treat downloaded billing records as confidential.

  1. Select the organisation context before searching shared orders.
  2. Filter or search, then open the matching order or invoice.
  3. Store exported billing data securely and limit access.

Payment is not execution

Payment can use account credit, a supported method, or both within the outstanding balance. Credit is limited to the invoice owner and their available balance; an external amount needs a selected method. Gateway transactions can remain pending while a provider confirms settlement. Crypto instructions apply to the exact generated transaction. A reference or submitted form alone does not establish payment or start work.

  1. Check the invoice balance and any open instalment.
  2. Enter permitted credit and payment amounts and method.
  3. Wait for invoice state to confirm settlement before relying on service.

Resolve delays or errors

A failed payment, expired quote, changed eligibility or missing input can hold an order. Managed project jobs allow customer messages and supported file uploads; use the job page for requested information and enterprise billing contacts. Do not upload unrelated or unsupported files. No customer action can override a paused offer or an unmet payment prerequisite.

  1. Read the exact invoice, quote or job error.
  2. Correct the named issue in its associated workspace.
  3. Contact support with the order or invoice reference if unresolved.
