- Check the totalRead invoice subtotal, tax, currency and total.
- Choose next stepAn order, quote acceptance, payment and execution are separate.
Listed product prices
The customer catalogue shows active products that allow new customers. Each product page lists available billing cycles and the price for each. A monthly equivalent may help compare longer cycles, but it is not a separate offer. Availability and price are checked again when you submit, so an old open page may no longer be current.
- Search the catalogue by product name or category.
- Open the product and compare its available cycles.
- If unavailable, return and choose a current offer.
Order amount and tax
A product order requires a billing address and country. Company name, tax identifier and notes are optional. The system resolves tax from the country, then records subtotal, rate, tax and total on the invoice. The invoice due date and recorded amounts are the billing record; the product price alone does not show tax or prove payment.
- Enter the full billing address and two-letter country code.
- Check company and tax details before submitting the order.
- Compare invoice subtotal, tax, total and due date afterwards.
Quote versus order
Configurable engineering and training services can issue a fixed quote with configuration, price version, currency and expiry. Viewing or requesting a quote does not charge you or start work. Accepting a current quote creates an order and invoice, initially awaiting payment. A stale, expired or no-longer-eligible quote cannot be accepted as if it were current.
- Read the quote configuration, fixed total and expiry.
- Accept only when you intend to create its order.
- If expired, configure the service again for a fresh quote.
Estimate versus formal terms
A banking configuration estimate is for planning, not a formal quote or payment request. A formal quote follows review and states its commercial terms, setup and recurring amounts, agreement and expiry. Do not treat an estimate, package minimum or preview contract period as a final price. Use the issued quote and invoice to check what is actually offered and due.
- Compare configurations using the preview estimate only.
- Wait for an issued formal quote before accepting terms.
- Check quote lines, duration, agreement and expiry carefully.
Subscriptions and recurring amounts
A catalogue order creates a pending subscription and invoice for the chosen billing cycle. The record can include a recurring period and next billing date; neither means payment has settled. Billing shows subscription status and usage, while invoices show amounts and payment state. Contact support to cancel or change a subscription; updating account preferences does not stop renewal.
- Check subscription status and cycle in Billing.
- Read its associated invoice and next billing details.
- Contact support for cancellation or changes not shown.
Resolve price problems
An unavailable cycle, inactive product, missing price or stale quote can prevent submission. Check current availability and your billing country. Before retrying, look in Orders and Invoices: a successful first submission may already have created records. Keep invoice references private and never send payment credentials or API secrets to support.
- Check product, cycle, country and invoice arithmetic.
- Search existing orders before submitting again.
- Contact support with the invoice number and issue.
Frequently asked questions
Is an estimate guaranteed?
No. A current formal quote states its terms and expiry.
Does accepting a quote make a payment?
No. It creates an order and invoice; payment is a separate step.
Can I choose any cycle?
No. Only currently offered, positively priced cycles.
Why is tax added?
Tax is calculated from the billing country entered.
Does pending mean active service?
No. Check invoice payment and subscription state.
How do I cancel renewal?
Contact support; customer screens show no cancellation control.
