Account Access

Create and verify an account, sign in through the authentication method enabled for your account, and manage profile or recovery needs.

Workflow
  1. Check the access pathUse normal sign-in or your organisation’s configured SSO path.
  2. Register or authenticateComplete the account flow using your own identity and credentials.
  3. Verify accessComplete email verification and any required authentication factor.
  4. Manage your profileReview account details from the authenticated customer area.
  5. Recover access if neededUse password recovery or the published account recovery flow.

Choose the configured sign-in path

The site supports normal account authentication and may also offer organisation-configured single sign-on. Your account or organisation policy determines which path applies; normal sign-in, SSO, or both may be enabled. Start with the route your organisation has configured, and use the site’s displayed sign-in choice. SSO setup and identity-provider changes belong to an authorised organisation administrator. Do not assume an SSO button exists for every account or try to work around a policy that blocks a path.

  1. Ask your organisation which sign-in path is configured for you.
  2. Open the matching sign-in page and follow its on-screen prompts.
  3. Contact your organisation administrator if the expected option is absent.

Register and verify an account

For a new normal account, open registration and provide the information requested by the form. Follow the verification instructions sent to the address you supplied before expecting account access. If a message does not arrive, check the address and filtered mail folders, then use the resend option where the page provides it. Registration does not grant organisation-specific roles or access to another person’s records; an administrator must invite or authorize membership through the applicable process.

  1. Complete the registration form with an address you can access.
  2. Open the verification message and follow its link or code instructions.
  3. Ask an organisation administrator to provide required workspace access.

Sign in and maintain profile details

Use the sign-in form or configured SSO flow and complete any additional factor requested. After successful authentication, review your profile and account information in the customer area. Keep contact details current so account notices and recovery messages can reach you. If authentication asks for MFA or a recent verification, complete that check in the genuine flow; it protects sensitive actions and is not an optional step to skip by changing browsers or retrying a different route.

  1. Authenticate with your configured account method.
  2. Complete any email, MFA, or additional verification prompt.
  3. Review and update permitted profile information after sign-in.

Recover access carefully

If you use a password-based account and cannot sign in, use the password-reset page and follow the message sent to the account address. If your organisation uses SSO, contact its identity administrator for provider-side access issues rather than creating a second account. Account recovery may require additional checks and can revoke existing credentials or sessions as part of restoring control. Follow the recovery status shown by the site and contact support if the process remains unresolved.

  1. Use password reset for a normal password-based account.
  2. For SSO failures, ask the organisation identity administrator to investigate.
  3. Use the displayed recovery process and retain its confirmation details.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use both normal sign-in and SSO?

Only when the account or organisation configuration permits both. Use the options shown for your account.

Why can I sign in but not see an organisation workspace?

Authentication and organisation authorization are distinct. Ask an organisation administrator to confirm your membership and access.

What should I do if registration verification does not arrive?

Check the email address and filtered folders, then use the resend action if available. Contact support if it remains missing.

How should an SSO user reset a password?

SSO credentials are managed by the organisation’s identity provider. Contact its administrator for password or provider access issues.
